Welcome to my website.  My Job is to relieve You of the Burden of owning an Oversized Home and live Life as You see Fit!  Being a Baby Boomer myself, I feel that I'm in touch with your needs.

When do you know it's time to move?

1.  Taking care and maintaining your home becomes a burden.
     - Since the kids have moved out, you'd rather spending your precious time on doing things you enjoy, not cleaning your oversized house.
     -  Not to mention the yard, mowing grass, pruning flowers.  Then, there's winter snow shoveling or having your driveway plowed.
     -  Also with snow comes ice and slipping on it doesn't sound pleasant.  You're thinking - WOW, I could be in a warmer climate and forget the hassle of
        snow and ice.
2.  A major life event occurs i.e., unexpected accident, illness, death or divorce.
3.  Perhaps you want to be closer to your Adult children and grandchildren.
4.  You are concerned that Your Money will run out.  Taxes are getting higher.
5.  You may need Support Services that aren't provided.

I can work with you and your Adult children to help sort through issues.
- Would Aging In Place be a better alternative to selling your house?
- What's the best way to sort through a lifetime of possessions?
- What are the tax implications of a Sale?
- How would a sale affect future income?

In the event you become incapacitated or you decide you need assistance with making choices for your future, you can select an individual to make legal binding decisions on your behalf through Durable Power of Attorney.  See your attorney or an Elder Law Attorney.

If you decide to Age In Place, that is staying where you are safely and comfortably, consider the following:

- Process of taking stock of current and future needs.
- What are all your Options.
- Evaluating house, community and developing strategies.
- Ask yourself this Question: What will it take for you to age safely and comfortably in your house and in your community?

I work primarily in the Capital District with both Buyers and Sellers to assist them to meet their real estate objectives.  I work tirelessly on your behalf to make your next home buying or selling experience a pleasant, stress free and seamless one.

Now may be the time for you to consider a Reverse Mortgage.  This can be used  for a variety of things, such as to upgrade your current home, purchase a new home, or even pay off debts.  When you purchase a home using a Reverse Mortgage, your credit history and current income do not affect whether or not you qualify.  Your loan is government insured and there is no required monthly mortgage payment, so you can free up money for other things.  Best of all, you enjoy all these benefits while you still own your home.
